Returns & Refunds

Because all products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, including:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Changing your mind

  • Personal preference

We will gladly replace items that are:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrectly fulfilled

To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
