CreativefloArt is an online art shop offering original and custom art posters. All products are made to order and fulfilled by trusted third-party print and shipping providers. Products are printed specifically for each customer once an order is placed.

Eligibility

By using this Site, you confirm that you:

Are legally able to enter into binding contracts

Use of the Site

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

By placing an order, you agree that:

You are authorized to use the payment method provided
Orders are considered final once confirmed due to our print-on-demand production process
Order changes or cancellations may not be possible once processing has begun
Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected

Shipping

Orders are fulfilled and shipped by third-party providers. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

CreativefloArt is not responsible for:

Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or external disruptions
Lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Because all products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, including:

Ordering the wrong size
Changing your mind
Personal preference

We will gladly replace items that are:

Damaged during shipping
Misprinted
Incorrectly fulfilled

To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, images, branding, text, and content on this Site are the intellectual property of CreativefloArt or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content without prior written consent.
